On your first visit to the salon please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure that we can welcome you into AOB appropriately. If you arrive late for your scheduled time, we will endeavour to accommodate you but we cannot promise your full treatment time. You will still be charged the full price of the treatment(s) booked. Beauty treatment times stated are appointment times and used for guidance, they include time to get changed, therefore actual treatment times may slightly differ.
If you are having a spa treatment it is advisable to wear comfortable underwear or swimwear that product may transfer on to. If having a spray tan please wear dark underwear and bring with you loose fitting dark clothes, any of the colour guide that may rub on to your clothes can usually be removed on a normal wash cycle. We therefore suggest old clothing is worn. Disposable paper underware is supplied for some treatments. If you are having a pedicure please bring suitable open toe footwear/flip flops.
If you are having your hair coloured please wear a suitable top as the salon cannot be held responsible for any damage, appropriate precautions will be taken to cover clothing.
We cannot be held responsible for any valuables left on the premises, and some treatments require you to remove jewellery/glasses please either do not wear them or put them in a safe place in your handbag.
AOB believes in rewarding our customers for their loyalty, we believe our Treat Card programme is second to none. On your 3rd visit to AoB is when you will receive your treat card.
For every £1 spent on services you will receive 1 point.
For every £1 spent on retail products/electricals you will receive 2 points.
For every NEW customer you refer to AoB you will receive 100 points.
For a review on Facebook/Google you will receive 10 points.
For a Salon Selfie review you will receive 20 points.

Our booking system will automatically select a variety of AoB treatments at varying points levels for you to choose from & book at a time to suit you. (Excludes December)
Points have no alternative cash value and are not redeemable against retail products. T's & C's apply. Failing to comply with our cancellation policy will result in the loss of points for the booked treatment value.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your booking a cash/credit/debit card deposit of £20 will be required for treatments over £40.
We appreciate that juggling busy family and work schedules can be difficult at times and ill health can cause cancellations. Please note that as a courtesy to our team and clients on our waiting list we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations/rebookings. If appointments are cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours more than 3 times, all future appointments are to be pre paid which will be non refundable.
All Spa Experiences are non-refundable and are to be pre-paid upon booking.
Cancellations/Rebooking of Spa Experiences is no later than 72 hours.
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for customers with certain conditions, therefore upon arrival you will be asked to securely disclose your medical history. In the event of any treatment being unsuitable your therapist will advise an alternative.
All new customers tinting procedures require a patch test 48 hours prior to treatment
Are per person and correct at time of print. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. AOB reserves the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of services and qualities are met.
As a courtesy to other customers and to preserve the harmony in the spa, we request that all mobile phones are switched off. Children are not permitted in the spa area other than those booked on our childrens spa packages.

Gift cards are available for any amount over £5 & can be redeemed against any of our treatments, packages or retail products. They are non-refundable and vaild for one year commencing from the purchase date. As with any retailer we cannot accept expired gift cards, please book appointments in advance as we cannot be held responsible if they are left to the last minute and the salon is fully booked. Hampers and gift baskets are also available. Please ask at reception.
